The Herarian Dynasty

Been spending a bit of time with my PBL group as of late. So decided to mention something about it- a small paragraph would do (not more than three hundred words).

So, it all started (sounds like a fairy tale huh? Oh my god!! Just had an idea. I’ll word it like a fairy tale book). Let’s start over…

In a time long forgotten by men, five princes and four princesses ruled in unison. All was well in this land, and the princes and princesses were loved by all. Under the reign of Her Royal Highness- Dr. Hera, the subjects prospered and the land flourished.

It is with the greatest of joy that I introduced to you the Herarian Royal Majesties

Top Row       : Prince King Tong, Prince Dee Jun, Prince Tuck Lam, Princess Sharon                          and Prince York Xiong (doubtful)

Bottom Row : Princess Han Ying, Princess Lisa, Princess Valene and the Royal Pet-                          Minicus Baboonian.

One fateful day, by order of His Excellency, the Supreme Chancellor of Learning, the princes and the princesses were told that they had to visit the land the Queen governed. It writhes me with pain to say that two of the royal blood, Prince King Tong and Princess Han Ying, were sent away from their beloved brothers and sisters to complete a perilous task.

It is by order of His Excellency and Her Royal Highness that their stories remain hidden from every record known to man.

With hearts burdened with sorrow, the Royal Family departed to DBKL to meet the people. Under the oath of Hippocrates, the Royal Family was subjected to silence, disclosing nothing of their journey. But this much can be said; they came with nothing, but left with satchels of experience.

When the Royal Family returned back to their humble abode, atop Bukit Jalil, the Crown Princes and Princesses were startled to find that Prince King Tong and Princess Han Ying has returned. All was well once more. To commemorate this joyous event, the Royal Line departed with haste to Cairo, to visit the Great Sunway Pyramid.

Humbled by the Majesties presence, the Pharoah decided to throw a feast befitting a King at Hartz’s and a play entitled Eragon.

The bountiful food that greeted the Royal Majesties

According to the local customs, the Majesties were required to follow the ‘Kajen’s Tak Tentu Arah Pointing’. They did this with amazing grace and breathtaking poise

Once the festivities are over, just before they depart back to their dwelling. The Royal Majesties decided to give the Pharaoh a farewell give, this they name- the ‘Egyptian Hieroglyphs.’

Their futures are still shrouded under the mist of uncertainty, even I cannot foresee if they live happily ever after…

A New Beginning

Welcome welcome!!

Finally managed to relocate my blog. First of all, I like to say that I am very new to this html and CSS thing. My god!! It took me 2 hours to get the proper items in the correct place. Don’t get me started on adding widget’s to the page. So forgive this humble person if any of the links leads you to say, a pornographic page. It’s all Kajen’s and Aaron’s fault, putting such high standards on us normal non-tech savvy people. Seriously guys, don’t you have anything better to do? I did cheat a bit though, the template is downloaded. Hahaha!! Hopefully, this site would grow as I learn more about coding.

Anyway, feel free to add any comments. Take care, and see you all soon.

Life Line

Uncalled and unbidden, a fog has settled over the lively MI06 Sea. Those that once sailed this perilous sea have grown silent, motionless, tired of struggling and now lay still.

I see once striving faces crumbled under the promise to succeed.

As we sink deeper into the murky depths of despair and hopelessness, all hope turns to an outsider for help. Thus, in this troubling time, companionship has never been more greatly appreciated.

Debbi, there’s much to be said about you, and none of it can filled with pen and paper. However, I would like to thank you for all the laughs, all the petty arguments, all the memorable moments, and most importantly, thank you for the skin oil.

There are a lot of other close friends I can compliment, but you already know my opinion of you- so I won’t waste my time regurgitating it. What I’ll do instead is to talk about the people I have recently encountered. I'll also try to update this list as often as I can. Feel free to add any suitable opinions or comments you have regarding these people.

Valene: Seemingly quite and gentle, this lady packs a whole lot of punch. Her backhand remarks have left people cut and bleeding from several places. They are to be wary off. Her effortless grace and cheerful attitude makes her an integral member of any group.

An encounter with Valene leaves you with the distinct impression that she will make an excellent wife and mother (not to make you embarrassed or anything, but that’s how I feel. Not to worry though; I don’t harbour any of those feelings for you ;-p )

Dee Jun: His best attribute is unquestionably his heart. He takes a lot of crap from me, but yet he still manages to smile after a brutal vocal slander. Hard working and eager to please, I challenge anyone not to like Dee Jun.

An encounter with Dee Jun reminds you of the big brother you never had.

James: M106’s own fireball. I always like to think of James as having an inbuilt Energizer battery that will never run out. It’s quite impossible to get him down and upset. I am utterly convinced that tranquilizers are redundant against him- knowing James, it’ll probably act as aphrodisiacs. Beneath that inquisitive mind, lies a passionate spirit that is born to dance.

An encounter with James leaves oneself with the unsettling confusion of one’s sexual orientation. Haha, kidding James. Actually, an encounter with him reminds you of a brown eyed playful puppy that you’ll like to keep.

David Lee: He was actually my muse to create this post. I stumbled across his blog the other day. Suffice to say, I didn’t’ realised how unhappy he is. I don’t know if you’ll ever read this. But in the case you do, here are a few things I would like to say to you. I envy you David. I envy your unwavering belief in religion. I envy that you know your weakness and try to overcome it. I envy that after countless falls, you still manage to get up and try again. If I can say one thing to your face, it would be this: Don’t give a shit to what people think and do to you. Life is short, enjoy it while you can.

An encounter with David reminds ourselves that the world is ours for the taking if we try hard enough.

Happiness

Like a slumbering beast, happiness lies within us all- asleep and completely unnoticed.

At this very moment, we are all happy. Regrettably, this fact is oblivious to us. We numb it, conceal it, give it a voice so weak that it’s naught but a whisper.

Happiness is not to be obtained or gained. It is to be discovered. We confound ourselves to believe that worldly possessions would make us happy, till we lost sight of those that matters. ‘The best things in life are free’- nothing could be truer. Unfortunately, those things are taken for granted.

Happiness is like a bare canvas tainted with a brush dipped in worries. When we look within ourselves, the effect of the brush has overpowered that pure innocent blank canvas. There is no one to blame but us. We guide the hand that holds the brush. Sometimes, to chase happiness, one must stay still and do nothing.

Look inwards and strip those that seek to suppress happiness, layer by layer till it is left alone; bare, naked and ashamed. Hang on for your dear life to those ‘brieftest’ of moments and mourn not when it has past. Lay safe in the knowledge that the next one would be even better than the last.
